Introduction

Customer service center links customers to all the services provided by hulhumale hospital. The customer service center and call center provides assistance to all customer needs 24 hours through out every week.

Front office:

The customer service front office provides all the services required for OP/IP patients without a break. This includes:

  • Wait listing for specialist consultations and other services
  • Making memo for appointments and working OPD
  • Giving guidance regarding other investigations and medical checkups
  • Dealing with admissions and discharges
  • Processing billings and providing information

Call center

Our call center also attends to the needs of the patients round the clock. Our hotline 1417 is entirely dedicated to it.

  • Wait listing for specialist consultations and other services
  • Informing confirmation of appointments to patients via SMS and phone call
  • Providing follow up appointments
  • providing ambulance service
  • providing information

PUBLIC RELATION MANAGEMENT :

  • Public relations attends to customer complaints and log customers suggestions for service improvement. It also attend to resolve customer’s issues.
  • Deal with customer issues and help them
  • Offers one to one conversation with shift in-charge/ department head
  • Provides complain form and accepts complain
  • Provides guidance and information
